The police fished several bags of waste and a shoe from the Kieldiep in Kiel-Windeweer on Tuesday afternoon: as the crow flies a few hundred meters from the spot where a mortal remains were found on Monday.
On Sunday, drug waste was found on the same site and two residents were arrested.
An officer went into the water on Tuesday afternoon to store the bags, after which they were examined by the forensic team and stored for further investigation.
It is not yet known what was in the garbage bags.
