When someone was arrested in Tilburg, the police fired a warning shot on Saturday evening. An arrest team then raided a house on Hoflaan, presumably the home of the arrested person. A police spokesperson could not say why or whether the suspect is a man or a woman.
The police received a ‘vague report’, according to the information officer, a little after seven, possibly that someone had fired. Once in Hoflaan, officers were forced to fire a warning shot, after which a suspect was arrested.

Members of an arrest team were then called up and raided the house. According to a 112 correspondent, they did this to check if anyone was still present. This was not the case.
In the Hoflaan, the police – partly outside in the pouring rain – are investigating what is correct about the report. In front of the house where the arrest team invaded is a van, whose windshield is shattered. Police will release more information on Sunday.
