A curious accident with a bobby car in Münsterland has been solved.
In Ahaus, a week and a half ago, a child hit a pedestrian with a red bobby car. The 64-year-old fell, sustained minor injuries and damaged her pants. Because the mother of the little “accident driver” had left the woman with an incorrect telephone number to clarify the matter, the police initially tried in vain to contact her.
In the meantime, it has turned out that the family could not be found because the phone number had been transposed, the police said on Monday. A witness had helped identify them.

According to the police, she had not noticed that people were also looking for her on social media. Now those involved in the accident could clarify the civil law issues, it said.
