The police arrested two men from Ter Apel on Monday afternoon in Drachten. The suspects, aged 23 and 21, had stolen goods worth almost two thousand euros.
The stolen goods mainly consisted of clothing and perfume. The police have been able to identify the owners of the items for the most part.
Nevertheless, the police are still looking for shopkeepers in Drachten and Surhuisterveen who are missing goods, such as a backpack, training jacket and shoes. The men have been detained for questioning.
