The plane had two occupants, most likely from Norway. Norwegian police announced on Tuesday that two people of Norwegian nationality are missing since the crash. It concerns an adult and a child of school age. The Dutch police cannot yet confirm the identity of the occupants.
The Rijnmond Safety Region was alerted at the beginning of the evening about a possible crash. Searches for the wreck and the two victims on Monday and Tuesday, using a sonar boat, were unsuccessful.
