This week there are again numerous processes at the Berlin Criminal Court. This time, among others, in the dock: a suspected murderer, drug dealer and rioter.
Tuesday
9.30 a.m., room 618: The accused L. is accused of collaborating with a previously unknown accomplice in 2021 to spy on customer data stored on bank and credit cards in Berlin and Itzehoe. For this purpose, attachments were attached to cash dispensers.
1 p.m., Hall B 129: The defendants S. and A. are accused of having dealt in large quantities of narcotics.
Wednesday
9 a.m., room 504: The defendants T. and M. are accused of attempted murder, dangerous bodily harm, attempted coercion and particularly serious robbery.
9.15 a.m., Room 142: The accused H. is accused of attempted murder and dangerous bodily harm.
11.30 a.m., Room 1104: The accused B. is accused of having participated in two cases in January 2022 in road blockades by the group “Last Generation”. In one case he glued himself to the road.
Thursday
9 a.m., room 322: The accused M. is accused of having driven his car at the intersection of Britzer Damm and Hannemannstrasse in Neukölln when the light was red on March 13, 2022, which resulted in an accident involving a moped and the driver of which died as a result of the impact .
9.15 a.m., Room 701: The accused A. is accused of having attacked law enforcement officers.
Friday
9.15 a.m., Room 618: The accused B. is accused of having cut a passing cyclist in the thigh with a broken glass bottle between August and December 2022 in Kreuzberg, while he was innocent. He is also said to have threatened passers-by and the subway driver at a subway station in Schöneberg that he would kill them with scissors.
