A group of about thirty tractors drove on the N18 in the direction of the A18 on Thursday evening around 10.15 pm. The police then saw that waste was dumped at the beginning of the A18, near Westendorp.
Hay bales, manure heaps and car tires were dumped on several highways in the country in recent days. There was also asbestos in some places among the rubbish. “By deliberately setting straw bales on fire, dumping waste, including materials containing asbestos and spreading manure, they cause damage and unsafe (traffic) situations. The police are investigating who is responsible for this,” the police said.
