All more than thirty apartments of a complex on the Cumulus were evacuated as a precaution. The man had made threats in that area, after which the police said there was a “possible danger of explosion”. The area was cordoned off and many emergency services attended the scene. Residents were transferred to a reception location.
Police are investigating whether the homes are safe to return to. If this is the case, residents will be informed about this. An applied deposit is then also removed.
