Rotman is about 5’7″ tall and has short black-gray hair. He may be wearing blue jeans, a dark green cardigan from the brand Kjelvic, gray hiking boots and a gray winter coat, also from the brand Kjelvic. According to the police, he may be traveling in a gray BMW with the registration number G-592-RG.
The man can be recognized by a tattoo with Chinese characters on his left arm and a tattoo of a scorpion on his upper right arm. The police would also like to get in touch with people who have seen Rotman recently.
