Police are investigating a video in which teenagers threaten a boy with a knife in Bruges

The video was recorded between October and January, but is only now circulating on social media. The images show how some teenagers hold a knife to the stomach and face of another boy. They shout for him to say sorry. It is still unclear what the reason is and whether it is a real knife. Police say the investigation is well advanced.
