The search for the missing Marleen de Wijs resumed Monday morning. With a boat and a sniffer dog, the police are continuing to search for the 41-year-old woman on the water of the Galderse Meren in Breda.
Last Friday, a full search was underway for Marleen, who has been missing since Thursday 21 April. She didn’t show up for her appointments that day. She has not been home since then.
In last Friday’s action, the police were assisted by about thirty people and a special search team. Even then, the search was mainly done in the vicinity of the Galderse Meren and the Mastbos, where the woman would like to walk.
