The US government has approved the sale of 116 additional US Abrams main battle tanks and other heavy armaments to Poland. The deal is worth a total of $ 3.75 billion (3.56 billion euros), reports the US State Department. The deal also includes Hercules rescue vehicles, mobile assault bridges that can transport tanks across rivers, about fifty light vehicles, light weapons and ammunition.
