In advance, the performance of the overwhelming pre-favorite Käärijä has spoken the most. The descriptions of it have caused many Käärijä fans to worry that the show is a flop.
In short, it isn’t. The entire performance of Käärijä is completely different from what has been seen at UMK in the past. The wrapper is completely in its own class, the whole show is captivating, entertaining, of course funny, even insightful.
Cha Cha Cha looks and sounds just like the Wrapper. The shortcomings of Käärijä’s singing skills have been covered up and the C part also sounds skillful.
At the beginning of the performance, the dancers are tied with ropes, so that they form a circle. The dancers are freed with the performance and the entire euro stage structure opens up.
The wrapper rides on the dancers, but it fits the mood of the song well. Miracles must happen if Käärijä doesn’t beat UMK and even more so in a superior style.
