Poetry walk with border poets is a success

The organization of the literary manifestation ‘Closer to the Border’ marks a new tangible step in the collaboration between the House of the Poet in Watou and Schrijvers in Sluis. It is no coincidence that both literary organizations are two writing abodes that abut a physical border.

The route for the approximately 120 visitors is just under a kilometer long, but in the end everything revolves around the poetry. Moreover, the selected authors are not the least. Nisrine Mbarki, Esohe Weyden, Mustafa Kör, Heidi Koren, Michael Vandebril, Tsead Bruinja, Sholeh Rezazadeh, Astrid Haerens and Delphine Lecompte are the selected authors.
