The average Dutch person drinks, does not smoke, can be recognized by a gray second-hand car, and so on. Hardly anyone identifies as average: everyone feels special, millennials par excellence. But who is that infamous common man? Kitty and Elif go in search of him/her with the help of social geographer Josse de Voogd. Josse knows the Netherlands like no other and argues that the elite deviate too much from the average citizen.
