P&O Zeebrugge personnel do not expect major consequences
Yesterday, the work at P&O came to a halt due to the announcement, but they are continuing in Zeebrugge. It is the personnel on the ships that are affected. The people at the terminal are kept out of harm’s way. P&O in Zeebrugge employs 200 dock workers and forty employees.
We do not have any actions planned. In Hull, Dover and Liverpool, unions are protesting the wave of layoffs.
