The singer has to cancel her shows in Vancouver due to a “respiratory infection”.
After P!nk had to cancel two concerts on their “Trustfall Tour” in the US city of Tacoma, their appearances in Vancouver, which were supposed to take place on October 20th and 21st at the Rogers Arena, have now been postponed. The reason for this is a “respiratory infection” suffered by the pop star.
“I’m very sorry to announce that I have a respiratory infection and my doctor has advised me not to play the Vancouver shows on Friday and Saturday,” P!nk shared on a recent Instagram post. “Live Nation is working on new dates to reschedule shows. I’m really looking forward to performing in Vancouver and putting on an incredible show for everyone. In the meantime, I wish everyone good health and sending lots of love. xoxo Pink”
Lucrative tour for P!nk
The musician recently completed her “Summer Carnival Tour,” with which she performed in numerous international stadiums over the summer. According to figures from the “Boxscore” list from “Billboard” magazine, the 41 shows brought in a total of 257.6 million dollars (around 243.2 million euros). No wonder that – given this rush – the first date of their next tour followed on October 12th, which takes place on the occasion of their current album TRUSTFALL. The singer is scheduled to be on stage in Denver on October 25th, followed by nine more US concerts. It is not yet known whether the shows can take place as planned.
