The wind farm specialist PNE is selling five photovoltaic projects in Romania to the French energy group TotalEnergies.
The projects currently under development together have a total output of 208 megawatt peak (MWp). PNE is responsible for further project development until it is ready for construction, as the company announced. The transaction parties, PNE and TotalEnergies, have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The PNE share is temporarily up 0.28 percent to EUR 14.10 in XETRA trading.
