Bizarre on a warm and windless summer day. A strong wind blow caused the overcapping of the summer Bar Hazart along the Rozestraat in Oostnieuwkerke before the end of the day. Nobody got wound, three cars got damaged. “Vanavond moeten we helaas sluiten, we can normally open tomorrow opnieuw”, says Louis Plancke (27) from Bar Hazart.
