There’s good news for Berlin’s public transport: The annoying transfer to the U2 from/to Pankow ends on Monday.
And in two weeks another piece of new tram will be opened. Not everyone is happy about that in Moabit, but the M10 in the west only really gets going when it continues to grow to Jungfernheide.
Nevertheless, the new black and red Senate is not banging as loudly for new tram lines as the Greens did before. Now the extension of the subway is back on the political timetable.
Hopefully the planned climate billions will bring more speed here.
