In the future there should be a sole owner of the Teufelsberg. He wants to rehabilitate the mysterious summit, or rather what is left of the historic structure.

Negotiations are currently underway and they could actually lead to a future solution in the medium term.

In the past everything went wrong in this regard, absolutely everything! First the plans of the investors were shattered, then the building permit was withdrawn. For a long time, the district and senate were deaf to future visions.

But it seems the cards in Teufelsberg poker are being reshuffled.

I would hope that everyone involved would finally come to a solution. This fascinating place is historically significant. Here you have to save what can be saved. Good that the private investor still believes in the mountain.
