The plane, a Dassault Falcon 900, attempted to take Trump home to his Mar-a-Lago resort in Palm Beach, Florida, from the Four Seasons Hotel in New Orleans. There he spoke at a private event with some of the Republican Party political backers. In addition to Trump, the plane was carrying some Secret Service agents, other support personnel and some of his advisers.
The plane belongs to a donor who lent it to Trump for the evening. Trump finally reached Palm Beach on Sunday morning on a plane from another donor.
