Plan 9 from Outer Space

Considered for a time “the worst movie in history” (Oh, American ethnocentrism… if they saw some of the things that have been done here…!) this film has everything to break brains.

A alien invasion whose plan (the 9th) is to revive the dead to kill the living; inconsequential sets; day shots and night reverse shots; a double of Bela Lugosi (dead after starting filming) who doesn’t look like him; scenes inserted from other films; people who don’t say a word so as not to have to pay them more; etc.

However, despite all this, which is incredible, It shouldn’t be ironic consumption. There was – this is what shows the great Ed Woodfantastic biopic by Tim Burton about the director of the film – an idea, that the magic of cinema was a faith that overcame any technique.

Although it may be a bit boring, there is enormous happiness in those film disabled people who made this trap a classic.
