Pizzamanía arrives, the festival of non-traditional pizza

Pizzamanía arrives, the first massive event dedicated to non-traditional pizza in Buenos Aires, which brings together more than 50 places that will offer their best pizza in a combo format with a drink at a promotional price of $1,500, between March 21 and 23. During those three days, lovers of this gastronomy classic will be able to taste different varieties of the best pizzerias such as Napoletana, New York, Roman pinsa, sliced, grilled, sourdough, Chicago and Detroit style, Buenos Aires 2.0, among others. .

Among the participating locals are the best exponents of pizza in the city and they will propose an alternative to the typical and historic Buenos Aires pizza: Pimp, Ammazza Pinsa Romana, Antonio’s, Brucia, Callaci, Cincinnati, Cosi Mi Piace, Eléctrica, Francisca del Fuego, Fuego Pizzas del Mundo, Growlers (Palermo and Recoleta), Hell’s (Barrio Norte, Boedo, Devoto, Las Cañitas, Palermo, Plaza Houssay, Retiro, Villa del Parque), II Giardino Romagnoli, La Épica, La Estrella , La Fina, La Porta Nera, La Santa, La Zarpada, Mil y Pico (Chacarita and Parque Chas), Napo Pizza, Napule (Caballito and Núñez), Núvola (Liniers and Microcentro), Piano Alto, Piccantino, Pizza Data, Pomodoro (Belgrano and Colegiales), Power Up, Rebelde, Romagnoli, Sbarro, Scrochiarella, Sunny.

This activity has the institutional support of BA Gastronomic Capital, a government program that seeks to position the City of Buenos Aires as the gastronomic capital of Latin America. With four fundamental axes of food (know, buy, cook and eat), it aims to promote the gastronomic development of Buenos Aires through the generation of employment and tourism.

In addition, it has the official approval of Scuola Pizzaioli, an unavoidable reference in the matter that has a school in which they provide advice, consultancy and training for gastronomic businesses that want to incorporate or turn to Neapolitan pizza.
