“The work began 2 years ago as the largest development of apartments in Luján de Cuyo, with an estimated investment of 10 million dollars. There are two buildings with 106 apartments (53 per tower), two levels of underground garages, two elevators per tower, SUM with 360° view and infinity pools on the top floor.
We hope to inaugurate the first tower by the end of the year and the second in 2023”, Marcelo De Blasis tells us.
When asked about marketing, he highlights: “We have already sold 50% of the units and we have our own financing for up to 24 months, both in dollars and in pesos adjusted to the index of the Chamber of Construction.”

We developed this project together with the company Ética SA, a leader in home care throughout the country. After the pandemic, we realized that many people with health problems do not want to be in hospitals, so we specially designed this building for this purpose. The objective is to continue with other similar projects together with the company and replicate the model. We are also working on the development of new private neighborhoods in different parts of the province and we hope that it will be a great year in terms of construction”, they concluded.
