The hits to Pierre Gasly’s car in the opening lap have ruined his race three times.

AlphaTaurin Pierre Gasly has not enjoyed the new sprint race of the Formula Ones. His race has already gone downhill in the opening round of three sprints.
He crashed in the Austrian GP Lewis Hamilton with right away in the opening round, which ruined his race.
Gasly started the race from the tenth grid, but the spin caused by Kolar took a toll on his position at the finish. The Frenchman was 15th in the end.

At Imola earlier this year, the AlphaTauri drivers had a similar fate, as in the first round Gasly took on an Alfa Romeo Guanyu Zhou with.
Alfa Romeo no longer continued to the finish line, but Gasly was able to drive to the end of the race. He only finished 17th.
The 2021 Monza GP was also catastrophic for Gasly. After the start, Gasly’s front wing was hit Daniel Ricciardo behind the car. After the contact, the front wing came off under AlpaTauri’s Eturenkai, which caused the Frenchman to crash violently into the safety barrier.
Gasly’s best finish in a sprint race comes from the 2021 Brazilian GP, where he was eighth. The Austrian GP was his fifth sprint race.
