Jane Barlow, a Press Agency photographer who photographed Queen Elizabeth’s last official assignment on Tuesday, says the Queen was “fragile” but “in good spirits”. The photographer tells the BBC that she considers it a great honor that she was allowed to photograph the Queen. It would end up being the very last public photos of the monarch ever.
