Philipp Plein shows evening collection in Los Angeles

Philipp Plein has presented a new evening collection.

As part of a private event at his villa in Los Angeles last Saturday, the German designer presented the evening collection of his fashion label of the same name, Philipp Plein announced on Monday. The occasion was the simultaneous celebrations of the US Academy Awards, which honor achievements in the film industry.

When designing the evening wear, Plein paid particular attention to the variety of materials. Flowing fringes, French Chantilly lace or jacquard velvet were used in the dresses, some of which were decorated with the brand’s typical crystal stones. Faux fur and leather outerwear completed the looks along with shiny silver over-the-knee boots and clutches, as well as lavish jewelry.

“I am thrilled to present our Evening Wear Collection at this prestigious Oscars event,” said Philipp Plein. “This collection is the epitome of luxury and sophistication, carefully crafted to empower and inspire the modern woman. We look forward to showcasing our latest creations amidst the glamor and excitement of Hollywood’s most prestigious night.”
