American billionaire and philanthropist George Soros is in the process of handing over control of his empire to his son Alexander Soros, writes The Wall Street Journal . The 92-year-old Soros has been using his assets since the 1980s for, among other things, economic and judicial reform, the rights of minorities and refugees and freedom of expression.
