PGA Championship without DeChambeau

US golf pro Bryson DeChambeau canceled his participation in the PGA Championship in Tulsa/Oklahoma after the day of training.

The 2020 US Open champion was last sidelined for more than a month following left wrist surgery after missing the cut at the US Masters.

“I’m close, but not far enough,” DeChambeau, 28, told Golf Magazine on Wednesday. “I have to make this decision to protect my health in the long term.”
