Het Gaat onder Meer om Wegwerken on the N1, the N70 and the N260 and the renovation of a bridge over the E17. Het merendeel – zone 200 – is located in a building around the corner of the 3M factory in Zwijndrecht, which is responsible for the processing of Oosterweel. Over 30 years there is a possibility of verontreiniging.
Bovendien is the arrest of the Raad van State not avenues of toepassing op de PFAS-werven, maar wellicht also op vervuiling met both metal and mineral oil. Zijn industriële verleden heeft Vlaanderen opgezadeld met veel vervuiling, waardoor de politiek rekening houdt met nog eens honderden werven. Het arrest three years ago also new projects, which are not yet justified, in the waiting te sturen.
The Vlaamse regering inventoried were a problem three times. Door preventive on the ground decree in the sleutelen, hoopt ze standstill in the infrastructuurwerken te vermijden.
