The closing episode of the Rich and Penniless series sees a real eco-dwelling when known as a politician and entrepreneur Petrus Pennanen change home to a single parent living in Myyrmäki Tarjan with.
Pennanen lives with his partner Pink Sandelin with a lavish penthouse in Ullanlinna in central Helsinki. The couple has just finished renovating their new apartment.
– In this apartment no one has slept for ten years. There used to be two apartments here, Pennanen presents her luxury locker.
The apartment has a Tempur bed, which can cost up to more than € 3,000. Quite proud Pennanen seems to have a luxury branded washing machine and dryer.
The bathroom also has a very different toilet bowl.
– The point is that the bowl washes the back and does not need toilet paper.
The price of the “Ökyvanantötö” is estimated to be over 7,500 euros.
– Money makes it possible to not have to think so much about money. There are no such money worries, Petrus says.

However, a new kind of experience lies ahead as Petrus and Roosa move in for a week as Tarja, a cleaner, and her teenager. Juliadaughter’s home in Myyrmäki.
Tarja is currently studying to be a truck driver in order to improve her family’s standard of living. Their weekly budget is 101 euros, while the weekly budgets of Petrus and Roosa are 3,100 euros.
