Thus Petri Kontiola answered when Iltalehti asked on January 18, if anything makes the puck star change his decision to quit.
On Wednesday, Kontiola lifted the squats off the peg. Tappara announced that he had signed a contract with the attacker for the rest of the season.

After returning to Finland, Kontiola has represented Jokeri, HPK and Ilve. In the national team, the talent has won World Cup silver and Olympic bronze.
Kontiola’s game number in Tappara is 72. The familiar 27 is already in the club Kristian Tanunsen in use. Kontiola’s contract starts during the national team break in November.
