Petition to take Heard out of Aquaman 2 signed 4.5 million times | show

The petition to get Amber Heard out of the movie Aquaman 2 It has now been signed nearly 4.5 million times. Due to the lawsuit between the actress and her ex Johnny Depp, the number of signatures has increased significantly recently.

The call was made in 2020, during a previous libel case that her ex Johnny Depp had brought against the magazine The Sun, already started by fans angry that Heard ruined Depp’s life in their eyes. But the number of signatures has soared again in recent months during the latest lawsuit between the two exes.

The court knew Depp compensation of 15 million euros, although he will receive only a fraction of that amount. Heard’s lawyer, Elaine Bredehoft, said afterwards that he would appeal. Depp had brought the case because Heard said in a 2018 article that she was a victim of domestic violence. Although Depp was not mentioned by name, according to the 58-year-old actor it would be obvious to readers that it was about him. The jury ruled that Heard’s statements did indeed affect Depp’s career.

The recordings of the second Aquamanmovies have already been completed. The producers have previously announced that what studio Warner Bros. concerned has never been an option to fire the lead actress. The petition to resign, which fans of her ex-husband Johnny Depp had started because of their argument, has never been taken seriously by the filmmakers.
