Restaurants, cinemas, concert halls, skating rinks, circuses and a number of other entertainment venues in St. Petersburg from Monday, February 21, can work until 2:00. Previously, they had to close no later than 23:00.

Changes to the decree on restrictive measures in St. Petersburg on February 15 were made by the head of the city Alexander Beglov. Night clubs will not be affected by the innovation – they remain closed.

The city continues to operate a system of QR codes, introduced at the end of December. COVID-certificate must be presented when visiting restaurants and cafes, museums and exhibitions, swimming pools and fitness centers, retail stores (except gas stations, pharmacies and grocery stores), sports and cultural events. A QR code will also be needed at the marriage registration ceremony and for recreation in sanatoriums.

From February 21, the institutions and events listed above can be visited using QR codes with data on the presence of antibodies. From February 21, such certificates can be obtained by those who have been ill without going to the doctor and have not been vaccinated.
