Peter R. de Vries already warned Miljuschka about excess fat

Miljuschka Witzenhausen only changed course now that her cardiologist warned her about her high fat content, but Peter R. de Vries did that much earlier. “Go exercise!”

She eats desserts all day long and sometimes she even stuffs a few away when she is behind the desk of RTL Boulevard: Miljuschka Witzenhausen. But if you eat such an excessive amount of sugar, you can of course expect things to go wrong sooner or later. Nice all those #honestphotos, but of course she sets an incredibly bad example.

“Mil, go exercise!”

Miljuschka has now received a serious warning from her cardiologist, because her health is at stake. And that cannot be a surprise: Peter R. de Vries, with whom she had a close bond, warned her years ago. “He was like an uncle to me. A source of inspiration too. ‘Mil, start exercising’, he always said to me and he was right.”

The RTL Boulevard expert did not listen and now her fat content has exploded, she continues in conversation with The Telegraph. “I let it slide again for a while and the cardiologist said to me: girl, if you continue like this, things won’t turn out well. So I’m picking it up again.”

Angry supporters

It’s not easy: Miljuschka is a real gourmet. “I just like really bad things. When I started exercising for the first time – on Peter’s advice – and therefore lost weight, my supporters became angry: how can you, you see, you are just like all the others… Then I almost didn’t dare anymore, but now I will I really start again. Trying to make me live a healthy life…”

She continues: “You could make a nice documentary about it. I think people would be in stitches. Some things you really shouldn’t take away from me. Soft serve ice cream is one of them.”

Happy place

Finally, Miljuschka lets us know that she still misses Peter terribly. “I withdrew for a while. I stayed away from the place where it happened for a long time.”

If Boulevard had stayed on Leidseplein, Miljuschka would have stopped. “If the RTL Boulevard studio had not been moved, I probably would not have come again.”
