“It is very important that the OSCE ceases to play the role of an instrument so that it becomes a universal organization,” Peskov said in an interview with RIA News.
According to Peskov, President Vladimir Putin 15 years ago, in the Munich speech, he made proposals on the OSCE, which are relevant in our time.
“We are now saying that the role of the OSCE should increase,” the Kremlin spokesman concluded.
