“Gelijk loon voor gelijk werk is voor ons een van de pijlers van de zorg,” says Bart Thys, sector manager for ACV Puls, in a personal report. Last year the Vlaamse regering paste was sent from one year to the next, and the Vakbond was released without loss. Differently from the dejaarspremie in the sector ouderenzorg (and also in the revalidation, psychiatric care and protection wonen) 455 euros less than the in the ziekenhuizen en de thuiszorg, klinkt.
“Het personeel van de ouderenzorg is even waardig aan dat van de ziekenhuizen en moet also zo gewaardeerd”, aldus nog ACV pulse. “Dezelfde taken, dezelfde passie, maar a artful change that can never be made for long.” The bond goes bankrupt before a structure collapses.
“I am aware of this, this is also the result of social overlegum on two different levels,” responds Vlaams Minister van Welzijn Hilde Crevits (CD&V). You can move on to the federal level, then you can move to the French level. “I’m looking forward to meeting the ACV with the verder te bekijken, net zoals we de afgelopen maanden hebben gedaan”, aldus nog Crevits.
