Emergency services received a report of an unwellness in a boat in the marina on Badhuisweg around 6:35 p.m.
A police spokesperson says that the second person had to be urgently transferred to hospital. For the other person, help came too late.
According to the police, measurements showed carbon monoxide on board the boat. Police are investigating the death and expect to know more tomorrow.
