Live Fast Die Young (LFDY) goes among the graffiti artists together with Edding.

The Düsseldorf streetwear label and the permanent marker brand have teamed up for two limited-edition pens, LFDY announced last week. The two Edding markers in black and silver, as well as the accompanying 50-piece collection entitled “Hit and Run”, pay tribute to the graffiti scene.

While graffiti art became a symbol of an entire generation in the 80s and 90s, the Edding marker also became an indispensable accessory for artists, according to the statement. As such, two permanent markers, the Edding 3000 in black and the Edding 750 in silver, have been wrapped in an LFDY design.

“We are delighted to be working with such an iconic brand that everyone knows. “Especially because we used to always have a Sharpie in our pockets,” says Joël Hartmann, Head of Design at LFDY. “In the design, we brought both worlds together by keeping the classic Edding logo but reducing it to monochrome colors.”

The LFDY-Edding has been available since March 9th in the streetwear brand’s online shop and in stores in Munich, Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Amsterdam and London. The price of the marker is 4.90 euros.
