Headhunterz, Nicky Romero, Kraantje Pappie, Partyraiser, Act of Rage and Sickmode are the main acts of the Secret Forest Festival in Stadskanaal.
This dance, hardstyle and party festival will take place on Saturday 8 July in the Pagedal recreation area. Festival organizer Jeroen van Broekhoven can welcome a maximum of 7000 visitors there.
Van Broekhoven therefore expects the festival to sell out at least one Monday before the start. “Perhaps Secret Forest is too big for Stadskanaal,” he says.
However, relocating is not an option for Van Broekhoven, who also owns the ‘Knoalster’ dance and nightclub Fox. ,,Secret Forest is in my heart, it belongs in this region. Moreover, the atmosphere is really unique. Nowhere else will you find a party of this order in the woods. The natural entourage is great.”
Castle as main stage
To give the event an extra boost, Van Broekhoven is investing in six new stages. ,,The mainstage becomes a great castle”, he lifts a corner of the veil. This main stage features big names such as Nicky Romero, Kraantje Pappie, Ronnie Flex, Sick Individuals and Headhunterz.
The other stages include Partyraiser, Dimitri K, Major Conspiracy, Act of Rage, Rejecta, Sickmode, Jannes, Charly Lownoise, Mental Theo, Esperando’s, Thera, Silvio Aquila, Da Pauli, DJ Amit, Léaux, Fabro, DJ Astro and NVSR.
