Only a few lucky ones have perfect skin by nature. If you suffer from skin problems like any other mortal, you may want to blame your own skin care products carefully.
What is essential when choosing skin care products is that you know your own skin and do not choose too strong substances, for example. Also, more is not always better than the amount of cosmetics.
The Zoe Report brought together 16 constants to beautify your own skin.
1. Eat yourself beautiful
The health of the body as a whole naturally also affects the health of the skin. A proper diet is a very individual matter and there is no unequivocal advice on it. Often, the fact that you feel good about yourself also makes you look good.
2. Sweat
Sweat contains natural moisturizers and bacteria that keep the skin hydrated and healthy (as long as the sweat doesn’t leave the skin on the skin for too long). In addition, sweating cleanses the skin. In addition to sports, sweat comes to the surface, for example, by sauna.

3. Consult an expert on hormonal skin problems
For hormonal skin problems, it is a good idea to consult a dermatologist, with whom you can hone the treatments to suit you. For example, in some women, hormonal acne worsens at some point in the menstrual cycle.
4. Minimize the products you use
Övers are not always better than deficits in the amount of cosmetics. It is not advisable to try many new products at once, as especially sensitive skin may take a bite out of it.
5. Find yourself a gentle facial cleanser in the morning.
In the morning, the skin can be cleansed a little more gently than at the end of a long day. However, you should choose all cleansers that are just right for your skin.
6. ..and skin cleansing agent for the evening
In the evening, you should clean your face with a deep cleanser to make sure that the dirt that has accumulated on your skin during the day is removed.
7. Discard alcohol-based toners
Alcohol-based toners often dry out the skin, so if you already suffer from dry skin, choose a product that doesn’t contain alcohol.
8. Choose a gentle brightening serum
The brightening serum reduces skin pigment changes and makes the skin look smoother. Serums often contain vitamin C, which may, however, irritate the skin of some. If you have sensitive skin, you may want to choose a serum with a lower amount of vitamin C. The editor of The Zoe Report, for example, recommends trying a serum with the active ingredient licorice.
9. Cover dark eye areas
Dark eye areas make the skin look easily tired. Get a product that will brighten the skin around your eyes and make your whole body more vibrant.
10. Choose the right exfoliating agent for you
Regular exfoliation of the skin is important, but especially dry skin may react badly to substances that are too strong. If your skin is sensitive and reddens easily after exfoliation, favor substances that use exfoliating enzymes from fruits instead of acids.
11. Do not treat pimples with too strong substances
Substances containing salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide are commonly used for the targeted treatment of Finns. The ingredients are effective, but again for sensitive skin they may be too strong. For example, tea tree oil is a natural product that works on pimples but does not dry out the skin.
12. Consider reducing your alcohol consumption
Yes, drinking alcohol is also visible on the face. Alcohol dries and confuses the night’s sleep, making the skin look dry and tired.
So if your goal is perfect skin, or you want to look especially beautiful for a certain occasion, you should stop drinking alcohol, at least for a while.
13. At the same time, consider reducing makeup
From time to time it is good to let the skin breathe without a thick layer of makeup.
14. Dry brush your skin
Of course, the skin care also extends below the neck, and if you want softer skin throughout, try dry brushing. The brush, made of natural bristles, gently exfoliates dead skin cells, resulting in softer skin.
15. Meditate daily
Another thing that is also seen in the condition of the skin is stress. Try to meditate for a while every day to calm your mind and reduce stress.
16. See a beautician no later than a month before an important event
After a visit to the beautician, the skin is wonderfully clean, but strong measures can also cause the skin to become red and irritated. If your goal is to beautify for a certain occasion, the beautician should not visit the day before but allow the skin time to recover.
