Perfect! Gosens signs with Inter

The transfer of the German national soccer player Robin Gosens from Atalanta Bergamo to Inter Milan is perfect. The Italian champions confirmed this on Thursday evening.

First, Inter is loaning the left-back until the end of the season. There is then a purchase obligation, Gosen’s new contract runs until the summer of 2026. The 27-year-old had previously passed the obligatory medical check-up.

The Gazzetta dello Sport had already reported on Thursday afternoon that Inter had to transfer 27 million euros to Bergamo for Gosens. Gosens should earn three million euros a year in the future.

Atalanta was already in the mood to say goodbye. “Gosens is a player who gave us a lot. He had hope and ambition to go to a big club, I think he deserved it. It’s a chance that we’re right to give him for what he has done for us,” said Managing Director Luca Percassi.

Gosens should finally make his comeback at the end of February, since the end of September he has been out due to a long-term thigh injury. Inter are also apparently interested in Borussia Mönchengladbach’s German international Matthias Ginter.
