People cry at the place where Hebe (10) and Sanne (26) were found

At the spot in Den Bosch where the black car was found on Wednesday evening, containing the bodies of 10-year-old girl Hebe and 26-year-old Sanne, emotions are running high. People are crying on the hard shoulder where the A59 and A2 converge.

“Probably it concerns relatives and acquaintances of Hebe and Sanne,” says reporter Tessel Linders, who is at the Empel junction. The people can’t get to the spot, the police have cordoned off the area with black screens. The highway is closed to traffic.

“There is a lot of sadness,” said the reporter. “People fall into each other’s arms crying, the defeat is great.”

The Kia Picanto was found after an officer saw tire tracks at the junction at Den Bosch on Wednesday evening. A police helicopter was then called in and discovered the car. The black car is on the left side of the road in the water in a gentle bend from the Empel junction. This place is on the route from Raamsdonksveer to Vught.

Hebe Zwart and Sanne Bos had been missing since Monday afternoon after they left Raamsdonksveer by car.

Supervisor Sanne picked up the girl with multiple disabilities on Monday afternoon in Raamsdonksveer, where she had been at the Orthopedagogical Day Center ‘t Overstapje. She was supposed to bring Hebe home to Vught, but they never got there.
