Heavy crash in Lichtenberg!
On Thursday afternoon, a senior drove his car out of a parking space on Möllendorffstrasse in Lichtenberg when his vehicle suddenly shot under a balcony at full throttle.
According to initial reports, the driver was not injured, but his vehicle is said to have been a total loss.

The construction supervisor had the balconies closed for safety reasons, since the pillars of all the balconies were damaged in the crash. The THW supported the balconies late in the evening to prevent them from sagging or being damaged further.
The police are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
