Professional Football Disciplinary Board imposed fines on Galatasaray and Fenerbahçe.
The decisions taken by the Professional Football Disciplinary Board at its meeting dated 18.01.2024 and numbered 44 were announced. The Board fined Galatasaray 400 thousand TL and Fenerbahçe 363 thousand TL. On the other hand, Galatasaray President Dursun Özbek was fined 400 thousand TL.
The statement made by the board is as follows:
“1- In the YILPORT SAMSUNSPOR-EMS YAPI SİVASSPOR Trendyol Super League match of YILPORT SAMSUNSPOR Club played on 14.01.2024, due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans, in accordance with Article 53/3 of the FDT, the SOUTH UPPER TRIBUNE is in block 205. Preventing the spectators from entering the next match hosted by the host club by blocking their electronic ticket cards,
2- GAZİANTEP FOOTBALL KULÜBÜ A.Ş.’s, GAZİANTEP FOOTBALL KULÜBÜ A.Ş.-FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. match played on 14.01.2024. In the Trendyol Super League competition, FDT’s 53/3 decision was made due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans. In accordance with the article, the spectators in the MARATHON ALT B, C, E, SOUTH GOAL BEHIND ALT D blocks, who make ugly and bad chants, are prevented from entering the competition where the next host club is by blocking their electronic ticket cards,
In the same competition, GAZİANTEP FOOTBALL CLUB A.Ş. was penalized with a fine of 112,000.-TL due to the field incidents caused by its fans,
3- FENERBAHÇE A.Ş.’s GAZİANTEP FOOTBALL KULÜBÜ A.Ş.-FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. match played on 14.01.2024. He was penalized with a fine of 168,000.-TL due to the field incidents caused by his fans in the Trendyol Super League competition,
In the same competition, FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. was penalized with a fine of 195,000.-TL for not leaving the stairwells empty and for the 4th time this action was carried out in the same season,
4- GALATASARAY A.Ş., in the GALATASARAY A.Ş. – MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR Trendyol Super League match played on 15.01.2024, due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans, FDT’s 53/3. In accordance with the article, the spectators in blocks numbered 106, 206, 207 of the NORTH TRIBUNE, blocks 119, 120, 219, 220 of the SOUTH TRIBUNE and blocks 112, 113, 114 of the EASTERN TRIBUNE will be the next host club by blocking their cards within the scope of the electronic ticket. preventing them from entering the competition,

Although a referral was made to our Board due to the unsportsmanlike behavior and statements about the Referee and Other Competition Officials in the video post made on the club’s official social media account (X) after the competition and in the statements published on the club’s official social media account (youtube) on 16.01.2024; Since the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation have not occurred, THERE IS NO ROLE FOR PUNISHMENT ASSIGNMENT,
GALATASARAY A.Ş. President DURSUN AYDIN ÖZBEK was referred to our Board due to the unsportsmanlike behavior and statements about the Referee and Other Competition Officials in the statements published on the club’s official social media account (youtube) on 16.01.2024 with a video post made on the club’s official social media account (X) after the competition. Even though it was done; Since the elements of the alleged disciplinary violation have not occurred, THERE IS NO ROLE FOR PUNISHMENT ASSIGNMENT,
5- MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR Club will be punished with a fine of 27,000.-TL due to its unsportsmanlike behavior as a team in the GALATASARAY A.Ş. – MONDİHOME KAYSERİSPOR Trendyol Super League match played on 15.01.2024,
6- BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş., in the BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. – VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Trendyol Super League match played on 13.01.2024, due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans, FDT’s 53/3. In accordance with the article, the spectators in blocks numbered SPOR TOTO NORTH LOWER TRIBUNE 108, BABA HAKKI LOWER TRIBUNE EASTERN 116 and UPPER TRIBUNE EASTERN 415, 416 are prevented from entering the competition where the next host club is by blocking their electronic ticket cards,
7- 80,000 fines for VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Club, due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans in the BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş. – VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Trendyol Super League competition played on 13.01.2024, and for the second time this action was carried out in the competition in which it was a guest club in the same season. .-TL FINE, FDT 53/3.
