Turkish Football Federation (TFF) announced the decisions taken by the Professional Football Disciplinary Board (PFDK). Galatasaray, Fenerbahçe, Beşiktaş and MKE Ankaragücü were given penalties for various reasons.
The decisions taken are as follows:
“1- BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş., in the BEŞİKTAŞ A.Ş.-TÜMOSAN KONYASPOR Ziraat Turkish Cup competition played on 28.02.2024, due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans and in the competition where this action was the host club in the cup category in the same season be punished with a WARNING PENALTY because it is carried out for the first time,
2- GALATASARAY A.Ş. will be penalized with a FINE of 112,000.-TL due to the field incidents caused by its fans in the GALATASARAY A.Ş.-VAVACARS FATİH KARAGÜMRÜK Ziraat Turkey Cup competition played on 29.02.2024,
3- MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club’s MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ–FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. match played on 27.02.2024. He was penalized with a fine of 112,000.-TL due to the field incidents caused by his fans in the Ziraat Turkish Cup competition,
In the same competition, MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ Club was penalized with a fine of 195,000.-TL for not leaving the stairwells empty and for the 4th time this action was carried out in the same season,
4- FENERBAHÇE A.Ş.’s MKE ANKARAGÜCÜ–FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. match played on 27.02.2024. He was penalized with a fine of 112,000.-TL due to the field incidents caused by his fans in the Ziraat Turkish Cup competition,
“In the same competition, it has been decided that FENERBAHÇE A.Ş. will be punished with a fine of 10,000.-TL due to the ugly and bad cheering caused by its fans and because this action was carried out for the second time in the same season in the competition in which it was a guest club in the cup category.”
