Musician Pelle Miljoona has been together with his wife Teija Varis for almost 15 years.
I like the music Clown Million busy. He has recently toured both solo, with a band and as an acoustic trio.
In the spring Pelle, by real name Petri Tiili68, also published his latest novel Blood brothers.
The book is about the friendship between a Belarusian and a Finnish musician. The book ends with the Ukrainian war. It was a difficult subject to deal with.
– When the war started, it was depressing for everyone. It was painful. I got the feeling that it needs to be processed, Tiili tells Iltalehte Hurriganes Hurricane– at the photo book launch event in Helsinki.

Tiili’s parents once left Karelia for war evacuation.
– For us Europeans, this is a collectively traumatic experience.
Tiili has previously written sixteen other novels and other works.
– It has been a good balance for making music.
The career of a musician and a writer also have a lot in common.
– Many songs are small stories. The book is a longer story.
A beautiful memory
Tiili lives with his common-law wife Teija Varinsen with in a small red cottage in the countryside in Lapinjärvi.
The couple has been together for almost 15 years, but getting married was not timely. According to Tiili, the matter has not really even been considered.
– We haven’t had a need for it. Maybe sometimes we will go or not. It hasn’t come to pass, the musician reflects.
– We live like a married couple. We just don’t have a stamp on the paper.

In the summer, the couple told Koti magazine that they had lost a child. Varis’ pregnancy ended in miscarriage in 2010.
– It was a terrible tragedy for both of us. It has been so long that it has become a beautiful memory. We decided we have nothing to hide. Some others may have had the same situation, Tiili now tells Iltalehte.
– The event united us even more.
In good condition
The couple works a lot together. The everyday life of a gigging musician keeps you away from home a lot, and poor sleep patterns take a toll.
– Once you’ve started on this path, let’s see where it leads. It’s cool to be asked to a gig and still perform. If it starts to be unpleasant, it should be stopped.
Tiili is grateful that he is still in good shape at this age. He also spends a lot of time in nature.
– From the yard you can run directly into the forest. It’s a luxury.
– A pretty healthy life will be spent, Tiili sums up.
