Defender Pelé van Anholt joins the selection of Roda JC in Kerkrade. The 30-year-old Van Anholt signs a contract until this summer with the option for another season.

LA Galaxy
Van Anholt started his career in the youth of SC Heerenveen. He then played for FC Emmen, SC Heerenveen and Willem II and made the switch to the American LA Galaxy in the summer of 2017. He didn’t get to play much because of a knee injury. In 2018 he returned to the Netherlands and became a permanent fixture at NAC Breda. The adventure beckoned again, so in 2020 he left for the Cypriot Enosis Neon in Paralimni.
