Pelé, 81, left the hospital “in good and stable condition,” according to a statement from Albert Einstein Hospital in São Paulo.
Pelé had a tumor removed from his colon in early September. The Brazilian was then in intensive care for days. He was allowed to leave the hospital at the end of September, but has since returned a few times for chemotherapy.
